Sell for four reasons, and only four

1. The business gets worse: sell now
2. Overpriced for over three years: consider selling
3. Growth is about to end: sell before the market sees it
4. You find you were wrong: sell, at a gain or a loss

Check all four every quarter, against the note you wrote when you bought
