Turbo Range: buy at lows, sell at highs, in stages

Set below today’s price, a Turbo Range position buys in stages as the price falls. Set above it and funded with the stock, a position sells in stages as the price rises

StatusOut of range

Out of range: the position is all USDC and earns no yield until the price enters your price range.

Example: $1,000 of USDC set to buy TSLAon between $100 and $144. Drag the price: if it falls through the whole range, you end up with about 8.3 TSLAon at $120 each on average

What it is

  1. A feature of DeGate, a self-custodial wallet
  2. For on-chain stocks such as TSLAon, paired with USDC
  3. While the price is in your price range, you earn yield from trading fees; collect it with Claim Yield

The rules

  1. Set it by valuation, not by the chart: buy in the bottom third of your fair-value range, sell above that range
  2. Estimated APR is not a promise: you earn only while In range and people trade there
  3. Once a position fills, use Withdraw & Close: left open, it converts back if the price returns to your price range
  4. On-chain stocks such as TSLAon are third-party tokens, not shares, and carry no shareholder rights. Ondo, which issues TSLAon, lets holders of some tokens state voting preferences, but these don’t bind it
  5. No leverage and no liquidation, but a filled position holds only the on-chain stock: size it to survive a big loss
  6. Watch weekends and US holidays: only a few tokens, TSLAon among them, keep trading with the issuer. The rest have no live quote, and their on-chain prices can drift far from fair value
